Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. While we do not offer exchanges, we are happy to accept returns of full‑priced items for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Policy

We do not process exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order and follow the return procedure for your original purchase.

Returns Timeframe

• Items must be returned by mail within 14 days of receiving your order.

• You may also return items in‑store at Tuggeranong Motorcycle Centre.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered

• With all tags attached

• With original product packaging, including shoe boxes where applicable

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, marks, odours, makeup stains, or other damage.

Refunds & Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

• The item is defective

• An error occurred with the order

We recommend using a traceable mail service and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for items not received.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at admin@tuggmoto.com.au to obtain a return authorisation. Include the following details:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Order number

• Reason for return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund if eligible.

Processing Time

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after Tuggeranong Motorcycle Centre has received and processed your returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Additional Information

• Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.
