Delivery of your product is handled with great care at Tuggeranong Motorcycle Centre.

Order Processing

As we are a small team, we require 1–3 business days to process all orders. During peak periods, public holidays, and major sale events, dispatch and delivery times may be extended.

Delivery Services Within Australia

We offer Standard Delivery for all orders within Australia. Delivery timeframes and pricing vary by region and product type.

Standard Delivery

Australia‑wide (excl. WA & NT): 3–10 business days

WA & NT: 5–12 business days

Standard Delivery is available for all general products and most non‑bulky items.

Bulky Item Shipping

Some products require special freight due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions. These items cannot be shipped using standard parcel services.

Tyres (Bulky Freight)

Tyres are shipped using bulky‑freight carriers. Pricing varies by tyre size tier and destination. WA and NT incur additional long‑haul surcharges.

Helmets (Bulky Helmets)

Helmet shipments use bulky‑item rates. WA/NT surcharge applies due to cubic weight and carrier routing.

Large or Oversized Items

Large items follow bulky‑freight pricing and cannot be sent via standard parcel services.

WA & NT Surcharges

Due to long‑haul transit distances and higher carrier handling costs, additional surcharges apply to all deliveries going to Western Australia and the Northern Territory. These surcharges apply to Standard and Bulky Freight shipments, including tyres, helmets, and oversized items.

Surcharges are automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons, weather events, or regional disruptions. These delays are outside our control, but we will always do our best to assist.
