The 8oz Halley Stevenson's® Waxed Cotton Cotec outer has been created in collaboration with Merlin and is exclusive to our ranges. It's backed by a toasty 125g thermal lining with attached Reissa® waterproof membrane, perfect for spring or autumn rides when avoiding the inevitable showers. Zip out the internal membrane and take advantage of the mesh fronting for a summer jacket packed with airflow. Chigwell Utility is finished off with a set of D3O® armour to the shoulders, elbows and back, and double-A CE approval.
